We send out first class for small packages within UK, next day courier for medium and large packages. Similarly, airmail for small packages in Europe and internationally and courier for larger shipments.

For Domestic deliveries, we use Royal Mail for all small item deliveries. Larger items are delivered with UPS on a next day service. Please let us know if you need your product by a certain date - we will do our best to accommodate.
International shipping for small and medium items are sent with Royal Mail, Airmail services. Larger items with a courier serive on a 2-5 day lead time.

We have every confidence in our products. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days in its original condition, for a refund or replacement.
