PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

PAYPAL
We accept payment electronically through PayPal and send orders out within five days on receipt of payment, subject to stock availability. But if you need it quicker, we will do our very best to accommodate! But please note that there may be a longer waiting period for products out of stock. If this is the case, we will contact you immediately. For other forms of payment, please contact us directly and we can arrange cheque or credit card payments. Please include in the email, your desired products, with details of colour, variations and quantity with your address and contact details.

If your address details are different from the registered billing address with Payapl, please send an email to info@reikokaneko.co.uk with the delivery address, citing your email account the purchase was made with.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For overseas customers, there is a standard worldwide delivery option at an additional charge of £1.50 per item on top of standard UK delivery.

NO QUIBBLE RETURN
We have every confidence in our products. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days in its original condition, for a refund or replacement. In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours, and we will be happy to replace them.

Bespoke, personlized and made to order goods specific to the customer cannot be returned. If received damaged, then a replacement will be produced and delivered as soon as possible.

All photos and prices are guides. All prices are correct at time of printing inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Overseas orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches its destination country. We have no control over additional customs charges and as such, these charges are to be paid by the purchaser.

Every effort has been taken to ensure descriptions, photographic reproductions and specifications of products are correct at time of going to press. The title of goods passes to the customer at the time of payment. Until such time, Reiko Kaneko retain full legal and equitable title to the goods.
