small packages are normally sent by Royal Mail Airmail. However we can arrange for these to be sent by international courier service (UPS) the same as our larger orders. We aim to dispatch all online orders within two business days subject to availability, excluding personalised items. If the item is out of stock, we will be in touch with an estimated delivery time. Let us know if you need your product by a certain date – we will do our best to accommodate.
UK deliveries are through Royal Mail and DPD/Interlink. We ship internationally through Royal mail, airmail services and UPS.
Please note that the studio will be closed on English bank holidays and between 24 December and 2 January when we’re unable to dispatch orders.
No Quibble Return.
We have every confidence in our products. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 28 days in its original saleable condition, for a refund or replacement. Bespoke items are excluded.
Please note the refund will apply to the product only, delivery costs cannot be refunded unless the order was canceled before shipment. Reiko Kaneko ltd is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
Earrings – due to hygiene regulations we are unable to accept returns of earrings. Please make sure you are happy with the size of the gold (20mm), or silver (25mm) clasps before purchasing.
Faulty / Damaged Goods
In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours, and we will replace or refund the item.
Duties & Taxes
If your order is being shipped outside of UK / EU you are subject to any taxes and import duties applied . These charges are the responsibility of the customer to pay, and may vary from depending on your order value and destination country. Payments are made directly to that country’s customs office or via the delivery courier.
If you are not the intended receiver of the order (for example if you are having goods shipped to friends or family overseas) – please make sure they are aware of their tax / duty liability. If the receiver refuses to pay tax and import duty applied in their country, the goods will be returned to sender.

Studio Away Notice
In the event that we are away from the studio for any means – dispatch of all orders will be delayed until our return.
Our return date to the studio will be published any time we are away in the websites top banner, on the checkout pages and through social media channels.
All in stock orders placed during the away period will be dispatched on our return using the method of shipping specified when the order is placed. For example “next day delivery” will be sent out to arrive one day after our return date, while other orders will follow standard 1-2 day dispatch, and 3-4 day delivery (UK).
The 2 week lead time on personalised orders placed during the away period will begin from the published return date.
